WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ENTRY LEVEL POSITION?

An Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationship with our customers. They will learn how to manage business accounts, customer acquistion and retention, business development, business-to-business marketing and sales, team development, and leadership.

We work business-to-business on a face-to-face level. We meet with local CEOs, Presidents, and Office Managers.

We are looking for someone who can develop their skills and move into a corporate training role, where they are responsible for teaching, coaching, developing, and overseeing a team.

 

HOW SOON CAN I MOVE INTO MANAGEMENT?
